what an absolute disappointment. the beds were uncomfortably hard, which is the last thing you want after a long travel. I was shocked by the lack of kitchenware, as if I’m supposed to cook with my bare hands. I almost thought of giving a good review, but how could I when my requests for a room upgrade were ignored?

We loved the hotel's location near the Atanasio Giradot Stadium and enjoyed the beautiful tree canopy view from our room. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast service was impressive, especially with my mum accompanying us and receiving excellent treatment.
My wife says that the air conditioning issues were really bothersome.

We had an amazing group trip! The staff were super friendly, and it was great being close to places like Atanasio Giradot Stadium and Park of Lights. The views from our room were lovely, especially the tree canopy. Definitely recommend checking it out for a fun getaway!
However, the walls were so thin that we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which got a bit annoying at times.

Solo traveler seeking basics but decent stay
The staff were cute and really took the time to make me feel at home. I especially appreciated how they helped with directions and remembered my breakfast preferences by the third day.
